Homelessness and Housing Crisis
In Victoria if you’re experiencing homelessness or a housing crisis the first step is to contact your local Homelessness Access Point. At your nearest Homelessness Access Point they may provide you with further information or take you through an Initial Assessment & Planning (IAP) session. During an IAP appointment a worker will assess your needs and refer you to WISHIN or recommend other services that can help.
Our clients are referred to WISHIN via the Homelessness Access Points in our area.
If you are in need of support or advice and you would like to chat with us personally we are available to take your call 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
